Clean, good price and location

Bed slightly firm. Not the highest quality fixtures.

The upgrades to the bathroom, the beds were comfortable and so were the pillows, luggage carriers, refrigerator, new microwave was given upon request for a long stay.

Carpet flooring in room could use a deep cleaning, the pool and hot tub could use additional cleaning

I didn’t like the fact you have to pay for breakfast but I like the fact it’s an option.

Outside light Not turned on and area pitch black. Even w/ GPS difficult to locate. Candy bar expensive @ $3+

Nothing. I would not recommend this hotel or the any other hotel by this name.

Staff miscommunication and treated badly. They tried to come to our hotel room at 2:30 am. They woke up my son and I at 2:30 in the morning. Security told us, I have to go down to lobby right away. Rude. They think we were overstaying. Itsa nightmare

I liked the price for the location.

It seemed like they are understaffed. The room we were assigned was not cleaned yet. After speaking with the manager, he took care of it. By the time we got back from our event, the room was in order. Other than this mishap, we were very satisfied.

Everything was excellent! Helpful and friendly staff!! Great location for shopping and restaurants.

My kids liked the pool

Idk why no one has contacted me yet. St about 4 or 5 in the morning my son woke up to some ppl trying to get inti our room. They must have sold thr toom to them also because they had s key. The deadbolt that flips open to stop the door. It was open theguy

The classy look and clean surroundings. The most comfortable hotel I've stayed in years. Clean grounds and terrific rates.

I'd like to see the clerks relax a bit, learn who their guests are and why they chose Sonesta. Among their guests was a group of African rugby players who happen to be the USA National College Champions. The staff showed interest in the team or players.

Pool

I would like a full refund. Ehilebmy kids snd I were sleeping atound 5 am the hotel issued a key to our room to someone who forced the door open WITH the lock on. And came in the room. My son was so scared and did not feel safe . My children wanted

Clean, friendly staff, and the location that was perfect next to all the stores I needed at the time of my stay.

Location

My TV didn't work. When I asked them to resolve the issue at 10:00 a.m. it was still not resolved by 10:00 p.m.

I hated it but my kids loved the Swimming pool. They also had free popcorn in the lobby

Bathroom door fell off hinges , chair in room was peeled & absolutely disgusting, hair under pillows before bed was touched, slide & hot tub out of order

My card was charge twice and the ceiling was leaking in the shower also the slide wasn¿t open

For some inexplicable reason the battery for the key card on the door to my room "expired" so I couldn't get back into my room. The front desk clerk was very helpful in resolving the issue in a timely manner

Friendly staff, seemed updated

Room door was incredibly loud. I wake up early my travel companion likes to sleep late.

The location was good! The room was very clean when we got there.

We were extremely frustrated with the upkeep of the room-we we¿re a family of 6 and no additional towels were offered, no one came to restock our water/towels/soup for the 3 nights we were there despite us repeatedly asking.
